    Welcome ex-GSG Guys & Gals !

Eduardo, Jim and Stuart, Nice seeing you guys on the board from California. To our NWCBC guys, That's Denise and Bruce ( motorhead ) with his arm around her. Bob & Peggy's Sea Lion and Bill ( NUT ) with his G-3. Me in last picture. Eduardo do you still have the 65 Bahama that i saw at WT 06 ? If some of us can, it would be fun to take a few of our boats down next summer on a joint event. You guys are super nice people ! Chuck

      Geesh Chuck
      This was pretty simple.
I went to Edit your post.
In looking at the bottom of it, I was able to select a different Posting Icon.

      All better now.

        I still got the Bahama

Chuck, Mercedes loves this boat so yes I still have it. We're having a huge Big Dogs Lunch Run and meeting tomorrow (18 boats) and at least over 55 people attending the lunch and meeting. I'll be in the '65 Starcraft Bahama and the weather will be clear and sunny in the low to mid 60s. We need some of that rain and snow up north though to come down south to California. Hope every one is safe. I like the website alot. It gives you more of a community feeling. Kudos to Northwest.

            Thanks CHUCK!

Thanks for the warm welcome, Chuck!! Your new website is GREAT! Just got back from an AWESOME "Big Dog" run on the Sacramento River with the G3...
it was a bit chilly aproaching 50mph on the river, but it was good to blow out the spiderwebs from my carburetors! HA!
We haven't seen an update on the California Girl lately..... whens the maiden voyage? Congrats on your website!

Bill, You guys really had a great turn out ! You say a " bit chilly " ? You guys don't know what chilly is like last weekend up here. (See picture.) I think it was around 38 out ? LOL Keep us posted. As far as "California Girl " goes ,she should be ready sometime in late March early April to hit the water. Best, Chuck

Regional Newspaper Article on GSG event

For those who are interested in a nice article on glassics in California. Overall, 19 boats and almost 70 members and supporters attended this Big Dogs Lunch Run and meeting. Media folks were there. Regional Sacramento Bee newspaper and their photographers and a local news station KCRA. One of the best meets that I have ever been a part of. Though fog in the morning, warmed up nicely in the low 60s, bright skies and calm river water conditions. Enjoy the article.

You're welcome Marty, it's been awhile. Yeah, it was the best Big Dogs Lunch Run ever. There was a lot of interest after a segment was aired in the local news and the newspaper article. I just love being around people who are crazy about glassics or boats in general.

BTW: this site is fantastic. Kudos to all of you.

Be on a lookout for a personal email to you Marty.
