I'm new to this site. I live in villa rica ga. Not A Ga bulldog fan. More of a ga tech fan. Anyway, I have my deck off my 14ft custom craft, and was wondering if is best to put down foam now or drill holes in deck and then pour foam. Whats the best way?

    Welcome.

You might get a few different opinions about this but I feel that most will tell you to lay the floor down and drill limber holes that the excess foam can come out of.
I would also mix up some epoxy resin and epoxy the cut out plugs back into the holes.
I like to use fiberglass cloth and glass it to the floor for ware on a working/pleasure boat.

Just pouring the foam is going to be a pretty big mess to trim off level to lay the flooring down...:TwoCents1:

I can't seem to find my pictures of how it lays out but Martys website has it.
Just click on the Islandboatshop.com ad here and go though the his gallery.
Pretty sure it has good details on how its done.

Temp is really important. I heated the shop and pour in a test sample and glad it did. If I would have poured in the whole mix I had in the cup, I would not have had enough limber holes and would have blown the deck off the stringers and frames.

I can't find it on his site but I know he has them.
