Another offer here guys...if you get stranded in-tow and need help I have AAA that can at least get your tow vehicle to help (I don't have the trailer package for AAA yet). Send me a message for my number if you want it as I don't generally post it on any forums.

charles.carey@comcast.net for your phone number. Thanks,Chuck

So we have had a slight change in our Mason Lake plan...

Grandma has requested that she take Declan to a preschool carnival that day and Michele is considering going along with them rather than being out in the weather (while 7 months pregnant). So father and I are trying to decide which boat to bring as it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to drag two boats that far if its just the two of us... We will be there but it will either be with our bright red '69 Cavalier ski boat or father's '53 Racing runabout...

Hope everyone is getting ready and excited!!!

Brian, there's nothing wrong with bringing two boats!

We're getting excited and the weather looks promising.

If we wanted to go Friday evening and set up an RV and camp out, would that be allowed?

I don't think you can within the park where the event is as that is actually a private park. But I don't know anything about the northend launch ramp. You could probably find something near by though.

Brian, Can I leave this up to you to get Ingvar the list.
There will be two in my group and also John Nelson at least.
I know Chuck will be there and I am really hoping Greg James will show up too.

Its going to be nice to see all my long time friends as well as new.

I see we have others that are logging in but not posting. Please show up at this event and if you are not on the food list, brown bag it at least and just show up.
Plenty of boats, plenty of good friends and of course you know you can get a boat rides.

I will be there, in the general area Friday night. My recollection is that there are no motels in the immediate area. Last year ended up sleeping in the car. I know how to get to the Simpson beach, but it's my understanding won't be held there and what I've been able to read is that there is little or no definition here on the site.

Can we get some direction from somebody that knows what's going on? I have indicated on the response site that I will be there, but the organizers need to help me a little with the geography and the timing.

                              Thanks, Dave.

Update......I was got Chucks post back. (I really hate this software )

Sorry, I deleted two posts here, Chuck and Brain.
I made a mistake on one.

Its at the Old Simpson park and at the South end.
If the parking or park is Too full, we Can launch at the North end as well.

Here is the address that came from the park but again, South end were we launched before.
