I'm in for a meeting...I just have to be mindful of hunting season. With that I'm pretty much out from Oct 11-31 and Nov 8-19. We have a limited time to hunt deer in this state and if it's anything like last year, I need all season to fill a tag.

I would be interested but with the hunting schedule that puts right into baby #2 drop date of Novemeber 18th... So I'm going to go ahead and say I won't be able to attend this year.

I imagine most people in the club don't hunt, so please don't plan around my schedule. The club is important to me as is an annual meeting, but my son takes front seat to everything. If the middle of Nov is best for majority, then majority rules. I'll get David's after action report

I think my participation would be limited to late October as the likelyhood of me being allowed to be that far away from a 9.5 month pregnant wife is quite slim

So y'all pick what works for the majority and I will come if I can or I can call in and bark thru someone's speaker phone

I was able to contact Mike and Judy about the possible dates.
What is available is the 22nd or 23rd. Maybe the 29th or 30th.

Its held in Mike and Judy's Clubhouse.
                    GPS will pin point it.

Does this work for everyone that wants to be involved ?

I've checked my schedule and can make it on that date. I didn't ask if this is for the general membership or just Staff?. Since it is not terribly far for me to drive to Tacoma I would like to attend mainly just to meet some of the members.

Craig, the annual meeting has always been open to all "supporting members". This is a great chance to meet a lot of folks and it gives members the chance to voice their suggestions or concerns in person (which is a lot different then posting online). This is where the group sets the event schedule for next year as well!
