This is just a post to see who's actually around, but just doesn't post or post much lately.
Please just at least use this thread to say "hi" at the very least.
    Thanks!

        Hello!
I've started following the site again after being away for awhile. I had thought that it was non-operational--but that may have been me....
I still have my '56 Skagit Tyee and used it for a trip to Patos Island in the San Juan's last summer. Gotta love that boat--eventhough I've not been using her much. I got into restoring 12' Pelican sailboats with my old buddies so have been diverted from classic fiberglass the last few years.
Glad this club is still chugging forward! Happy Thanksgiving!
        Ken

Ken- Love the look of your Tyee, that windshield frame is a unique and aesthetic touch to the overall boat. Great color choice as well. Think I have a pic here after it was "rescued' from an original owner.....DCP02230.jpgDCP02229.jpg

I'm here. Just not much Homelite/Bearcat discussions going on
Looks like Helmar and I are the only one's running these anymore.

I sure do miss mine. What I should have done was bought that 58 Skagit Offshore that had twin Bearcats already on it!
Glad you guys are still around!

I am not giving up mine either. I will just move her around from boat to boat.

How does that seem to be working out on yours ?
Is that a 17 foot Sabercraft ? Sorry, forgot.
