Anything is "fixable" it's just a matter of how much time and money you want to throw at it...

This is More than repairable but don't let anyone take any more glass off the back of the transom !!!!
Can I see a picture of the rest of the boat?

Yes, you and Anyone can do this...

This is where I wish we had the Transom repair part on our website as so we didn't have to hunt down the posts that shows it.

Can you work with Fiberglass or have you ??
We can talk you though this never the less.
It requires hack saw blades or a sawsall?? (don't know how to spell that guys) some fiberglass tape, maybe one gallon of fiberglass laminating resin, some plywood that can be sealed up with MarXite or some other type of marine sealer (water proof) a bunch of screws that you can use over and over, some fiberglass tape and maybe a little hunk of fiberglass matting depending on how much is missing off the transom.
Fiberglass is Fiberglass so you can use the old pieces :BigWink1:

This might help. Let me know...

Yikes. And replace the floor while you are at it. Definately don't take any of the glass off of the transom that is left. If you do, you rist the hull going out of shape at the stern. Replace the transom, then start on the floor. Check the 404 restoration thread for info on how I did mine. It isn't as hard as it would seem.
