    I know I did this once before and its nice to know.

    If we have any Mountain top repeaters in site, we can access them.

      I just couldn't get the code, so I am a Technician.

      But CW is not really relevant anymore except for boyscouts.

      But if you have a VHF and threaten to go offshore you can literally sink your boat with HF SSB equipment.
