  • Classic Boat Club Burgees are available.

Hey guys. I just got a note from the makers of our Burgees.
These are the good ones that seem to last.

I was unaware that we had purchased 50 of these. Seems that we sold the first 25 and then ordered another bunch of 25 of them.

I also forgot what we had paid for them so went to digging in the books. Seems that we are in these $18.00 each, plus the shipping to us.

So, what I need to do is figure out what the average cost to mail these and charge for them.
I am thinking $20 bucks plus the mailing fees ??

We are down to only 15 Burgees now...
Does anyone remember what they paid for the one you might have ?

As you can see in the pictures, these are pretty heavy built. You can see were the double stitch and zig zag stitching wraps over the edges to make it super heavy.

I will get the mailing costs here in a few days. Loading up to head up to Quilcene WA from Eugene Or and will find out what that is.

Something we might end up doing is putting these up as so people can just use the PayPal and order on line. Then all I have to do is package it up and them mail it.

I will let you know what the total cost is soon

Helmar, this turned into quite the pandora'a box... If you still have any left, I would like one... Not sure where I am going to put it as I don't have a burgee pole on the boat... Put I will figure out some way to display it...

Sorry guys, went to sleep on this one. I will get up to the post office and figure out what the least expensive shipping is going to be...
One of the things that got complicated was getting this setup as so you can pay with the PayPal thing and we have it all ready to go. That way, I get a copy that someone paid, the name, shipping address etc is all ready. I fill out the name and address, take the club PayPal card to the post office and off it goes.

If I have to take the orders one by one after finding out the shipping fees and before we are setup for it, I will do that too.
