  • Mason in September

"Sept 13 is a great event at Lake Mason. We are having some old cars, hot rods, old Boats, and Old Outboard Motors A catered BBQ so come on down to this fun event. See Ingvar at (206)434-9482 for details and watch the forum."

How cool it would be to have a big showing at this event! How about it? Make the drive? Drag the boat or just yourself! There's a seat in someone's boat I'm sure...I will always make room for someone in the club!

    How about a roll call

So does Ingvar want us all to send him the info or should we just post it here like Chuck did?
Also, I went to the link above and RSVP'd. I think the software is ok, it's doing what is intended. The idea behind starting this thread was to get the discussion going because there wasn't any traction on the calendar i.e. nobody had RSVP'd up until this point.

I think if we just put it here for now, I will relay it to him.
I WILL make it, John Nelson will also make it.

Kelly, you should be informed, that was an event with only NWCBC present. This year we are participating in the "Keels & Wheels" event hosted by one of the classic car clubs and ACBS. So there should be far more people than pictured above. It would be really cool though if we could actually get enough fiberglassics there to out number the ACBS woodies!! But I don't know if we even have enough active members with functional boats to pull that off...

Brian as i'am sure you know, Mason Lake in the past was our big event each year after we could not go to Lake Whatcom being they banded 2 strokes. You are right that it would be nice to see a large group attending again ! We did have a few outings like Lake Union, San Juan's with Lowell, GregJ and Tim Jones and LaConner show this year. If it was not for the fact my boat was not ready till July 9th i would have been there ! I would still love to see a SouthSound event maybe for late Sept/Oct ?
