I want to take the Glass off of the main gauge on Arthur to clean it. Any suggestions on how to get the glass off, other then removing the whole gauge?

Boy, I have never had much luck myself getting the glass off and back on so I am sure interested in this.
Its like you have to have a special tool to crimp them back on and not make look like a hash job.
Who has restored gauges before ?
