  • LaConner Classic Car and Boat Show

We are fast approaching this annual event and I feel like we need to start a discussion early so we can get as many folks to come out as possible!!!

Here are the details I know:

What: LaConner Classic Car and Boat Show

When: Saturday August 1st 10:00 am. (Boats need to be parked before 10!!)

Where: LaConner WA, main marina parking lot, sea-side.

How much: $20 (I think, Clint would know for sure)

Why: all procceeds go to LaConner Chamber of commerce who use it for charitable stuff around LaConner. Plus it's a great opportunity to meet fellow club members, see cool boats, and excellent exposure for our club!!

So everyone should put this on their calendar and try to make it!!

Brian is right on this one. La Conner is the home of the Classic Skagit boats for you new folks. With our without a boat, this event is Very educational for folks even thinking of restoring a classic boat. Lots to see in boats And Cars.

Finding this is pretty easy, right in the heart of town by the water front. No need for a GPS, just follow the signs

Its been awhile since I have been to this and I am asking Clint, Bruce, GregJ, can you add to this post on what some of the attractions are as I know there is something for everyone
