Thanks guys. Yesterday was my 59th. Also hit senior member on the forum. Man, this is one smart forum. It could have waited until next year though.

Birthday? What birthday?

Oh yeah I guess another year did zip by when I wasn't paying attention.

The government says I can retire now, they will even pay me to do it. :)

The wife says it's out of the question, I guess you know who's going to win this argument. :(

If you add up the age of all my boats I'm still younger than them, so I guess I better keep them for old times sake.

Steve and Jack, Happy birthday to you both. I will be 62 next Oct. and depending on the economy I am planning on retiring then. It doesn't look to good so I will probably remain semi retired for god knows how long. It would be nice not to have to plan all my boating around work scedules.

Thanks Greg. I also plan to retire at 62, but with the economy in the crapper, who knows. It will depend on what this home is worth a few years down the road. Right now, it's dropping like a rock now.

Hey ! Hey ! Steve, Greg & Jack, You can't retire at 62 as i need you guys to keep supporting me ( yes i know i don't look that old ...lol ) on the SSI checks. Plus i need you to cover the 5% increase i just got this year. The way i see things with the economy , you will be lucky to retire at 72. Going to keep on working as long as the checks keep coming in from my business. Best, Chuck
