  • Free 1960 Skagit fixer

Free 1960 Skagit 20 foot cabin cruiser fixer. Fiberglass hull, body series POGPC. Hard to find since Skagit only made 250 boats in 1960. Haven't had it in the water for 6 years. Have clear title. TRAILER NOT INCLUDED! Son needs trailer for a project of his own, which is why we are giving up on restore. Can deliver locally (TACOMA, WA). Skagit 20

Looks to be a 1956 Chinook model with modified bridge and hardtop.

so what is this boat, a 1956 or 1960 and what model? I am still in Idaho and just saw this. of course this is what I have been looking for, a 20 ft. cabin. so will see if it's still around when I get back home to Olympia. not sure yet when but hopefully soon.

It is a 1956 Chinook like Tim says. If it the one I am thinking of it has a non-stock windsheild. The earlier Skagits are built a lot heavier and stronger. Clint

if it is a 1956 then it should be a winner. yep, that windsheild and maybe the hardtop would have to go. I am thinking about it while I am in Idaho. I have always wanted a 20 cabin so this may be my chance to have one. we will see if it's still there when I get back home.
