  • DVD worth viewing

Just finished watching [I]Shipyard.[I] It is a DVD about the Bellingham Shipyard focusing on 1941-1963. Got it from the Whatcom County Library system. While I found the whole thing interesting as I knew several people shown, I think many in the club would be interested in the section on Bell Boy boats. Don't know just how you can get your hands on it unless through the inter-library loan program of your library or through the Whatcom County Museum. It is by Pedal Power Productions, made in 2008 and Executive Producer and Director is Todd Warger.

DVD was for sale during their show on Bellingham shipyards history. You might check with Whatcom County history museum to see if copies are still available. They do really nice work on the special shows they produce for the public.
