I used Rex Pegg Fabrics in Tacoma for all the interior on my Playmaster. They carried everything including foam, adhesives, vinyl, and all the tools and fastners to install it. I was happy with price, but didn't shop them around. I like to find someone who takes care of what I need and provides great service, then stick with them until they piss me off!

There is Perfect Fit McDonald in Tukwilla. I think they are wholesale, but have never asked for my business license number.

          Foam source

The factory I worked in locally used Pacific Rubber on East Marginal Way in Seattle.....They also sell the marine carpet too.
Foam prices went way up the past year, made with petroleum......
We used to put a softer 1`` layer on top of a 2-3`` layer so you get both cush and longevity without putting your rump to sleep. This mainly applies to the base cushions as backrests don`t get sat on.
Always ask for closed cell too!

              Foam

When I did the cushions in my Sabercraft cabin, I shopped around for foam.
The upholstery shops were very expensive, so I went to Walmart and bought a queen size 4 inch thick mattress topper, memory foam..It had the length and width to cut out my 3 pieces that were needed, and was WAY less than what the upholstery shops wanted...Then I covered them with marine vinyl and tacked to my plywood bases...Very comfortable...Just an idea...

Best I have found yet is E-Bay with free shipping. Have not tried WalMart yet but will today. Last time I checked with them was about "camper foam" that you would put under your sleeping bag, it was cheap but not long enough 4 my needs.
Thanks to all for the info, stray

As long as you don't have to do a Major amount of glue up, I find that some of the stuff that we take apart to recover, the foam as been built up or added on to make them longer cushions.

I have used the 3M spray cement to build up the foam.

These mattress toppers come in a large box and are vacuumed sealed, so when you take out from the box/bag it expands..
