The Winn's boathouse was listed for sale recently, but the realtors website kept crashing from all the traffic. I am not sure if it is still listed or not.

If anyone is looking for a similar design on a smaller scale here in the Northwest, one of the ACBS members has his home for sale on the Southeast shore of Lake Washington. It has a hoist that can lift a sizable runabout and then park a 34' cruiser under. This is all IN the house, not a seperate boat house. Unique here in the area and perfect for the serious boater!
