  • Rosario to stay in club

With some sadness we sent Rosario off to a new home in Friday Harbor. Her new owner is a young lady who said she is, or soon will be, a member of the NW Classic Boat Club. So, Tim Jones, keep an eye out for her. I intend to remain a member of the club as I cherish the friends I made here and will always have fond memories of classic boats and fine owners.

Part of me is happy you found a new Sheperd for Rasario, part of me is sad you had to let her go and part of me is still sad that I could not buy her...

Glad to hear you found a new owner who will hopefully continue the love and care you have provided!!

You can be sure we vetted her well. Her mother assured us that she has always loved boats. This is a move up from a sailboat. She has two young children who also will remember this boat fondly!

Hey Jerry, Sheila and I are really happy for you and Becky ! And at the same time kind of sad to see her change ownership but i'am sure the new owner will give it all of the loving care that you did and the fact she is still in the club is great news !

Thanks, all. Her name is Andrea Hampton. She sent an email thanking us once again for selling Rosario to her and reported she got her home safely and has her now covered on the trailer.

I was out at Jones, south side Sunday doing some fright work. Spotted two classics motoring past. One looked like a Skagit 20. I shot a few pics, but too far away to identify the boat.

Also a nice older model 30 something foot Tollycraft came by at twenty plus knots and looking good.
