I like that last picture Rick. Were those two guys out feeding the flock? Good looking flock by the way.

The guy walking towards me is Eric (Owner) and the other guy was his hired hand who he just warned to watch out for Rattlesnakes because you can't hear the rattlers with the weed wacker going. I'm standing there wearing sandles and shorts ???

adorable?,,Now I 've never heard a boat described as adorable before, I can see describing a boat with "nice long lines", "nice set of twins" (motors), or "great aft", but adorable?...

I think he would sell the one in the third picture and on the fifth picture you can see a Dorsett that the restoration was started but not completed. He has all the parts and pieces for that one and it is for sale. The Mariner in the fourth picture is for sale but he's taking the windshield and various other parts off for the one he is keeping and if you look way back against the trees in the fifth picture there is a Dorsett San Juan with its nose sticking up , it's real nice but another baby.

              FEMA Flood plan

Looks like a good plan for when it floods. Keep the plugs in and the gate closed!
Can I be buried out there?
              Looks like ShanGri-La to me.

                For Shame!

All those classics and not ONE of them covered with even a tarp? Sadness. Pure sadness.
