    Had to take a couple of lines from the Rolling Stones.
    Anyway, I used to have a BellBoy, and now, I am buying it back.
    I'll be back in the NW in about a year.

        Welcome back Patrick, Hope all is well with you.

        I almost bought your hull last year, but the Princess said I would be living in it if I did, and it wasn't weather tight. :eek:
