  • 1100 SS Trim/Tilt

I have a 1966 1100 SS Shorty that I am puting factory trim/tilt on and am looking for a sorce for a new limit swiotch and plunger. I think my switch may be good (have not checked yet) but the plunger is frosen up and the spring is rusted beyond repair.

Any ideas where I might find a new one?

I am also looking for a key to a control box I have (not sure of year). I would like to find a key and not replace the ignition switch. I looked at the numbers on the switch but was not able to find any source for the keys.

    Dave ,
Try Sea-Way in Seattle or on the Web.....biggest parts depot on the West Coast.Should be under $10.00 and they usually ask for the serial number when looking stuff up.....or the key code will get it.

Find out the part numbers. Type in the numbers in google. Some times you can get hits that are cheaper than marine stores. People find a sealed bag with a part # on it and don't even know what it is! Prices from marine dealers differ. Remember shipping. Ebay can work! Two Cents
