    40 horse merc

    I have a 40 horse and someone decieded to let the starter bolts get loose, short story shorter it broke the mounting tabs off the block so now no starter! Does anyone know of someone who can weld the tabs back on? Or is there a fix to this? Has anyone had this happen to them? What to do????????
