    Helmar:

large companies have this capability in specially prepared conference rooms. These generally include multiple TV cameras and a consol for the producer. At some expenditure you can rent this capability office whatever, but you need one in each end, etc.

We use in the Gleason four meetings between Rochester and the Germans in Stuttgart . I would say it is beyond the club's capability .

Your idea of having the meeting in Tacoma where everybody drives a little bit to a centroid is a good one .
Thanks for checking into it Dave.
I was hoping we could get away with just a computer with its camera or maybe something simple.

Joe, you could use Skype with a computer and webcam at each end... Would be difficult to see who is talking if more than a few people at each end but maybe we pass the computer around so you can see who is speaking?

I still think a face-to-face meeting at a centralized location is still the best option..

I agree and Tacoma is about as central as I can get...
I will be driving up from Eugene Oregon for that meeting myself.
