AK Gold Rush-Big 300 hp Twins!

Hey guys,
Got a call to go help out on a one-of Gold Dredger sporting a larger pair of huge Yamaha 300 hp outboards.
The 40` x 14`Pontoon boat (4` diameter Alum Tubes)they built up weighed in at over 30,000 lbs so it won`t ever fly but wow what a way to burn some $.......to get even more $ I think is the goal.
Will get some pics but the barge leaves Sunday for Nome.......now bobbing down at Delta Marine in So. Park.
Thought I`d done it all,guess I still have some stuff to see yet.

Boats AND Finned Trains

They flooded all their tanks the first run,then handed the keys to the buyer`s who promptly put the throttles WIDE OPEN on Elliott Bay.
Made lots of bubbles.....but didn`t roll.
40` of bare alum with Gensets,Cranes and pumps with steel fasteners all over the place made my Mental corrosion detector peg.
The Subcontractor ,Pacifica ,also does trains and Railcars,one of which looks like a Redfish Finned Boat.
These guys also did the emergency repairs when the Monorails collided last year in Seattle.
Hope to get an image of the dredge before it sneaks out of town,was en route on West Marginal when I took a boat ride up to Delta Marine.
