  • Found a trailer today

Found a trailer today to transport the Saratogan to Jensen's shipyard. I can rent it for two days...Nice trailer, galvanized three axle. Built for a Bertram 28.
Cut out for inboard prop shafts. Best part, electric brakes on all three axles.

Gradually pecking away at all that is necessary to launch this boat. Got her surveyed and now to acquire insurance. A few holes to plug in the overhead.
Sort of intimidating to think about putting her out in the weather! Will be floating by Sept. 30th.....

Oh, no. I just finished putting Rosario away for the winter. Planning a little fishing in E. WA for a couple of weeks. Who said you'd never put that boat in the water? Congratulations on the near completion of what has been a huge undertaking.

      Good news!

Really looking forward to seeing her in the water, Tim. Wow, what will you do with your time now?

        Saratogan Launch

        Tim -

Please let us know when you launch the boat--we'd like to zip across to be there, either for the initial launch and/or the first time you run the boat at speed. (Can't wait to get some boat-to-boat action shots of the big Saratogan, cutting through scenic passages of the San Juans.)
